Attention Eastpoint Mall Patrons,
As per Governor Hogan's executive order dated May 13, 2020 the following portions of Enclosed Malls shall remain closed:
- pedestrian concourses and other interior common areas open to the general public, including without limitation, food courts; and
- retail establishments only accessible to the general public from enclosed pedestrian concourses or other interior area.
With this being said, all stores within the mall who do not have a public exterior entrance/exit and all main entrances of Eastpoint Mall will remain closed. We will be in communication with the stores who do have a public exterior entrance/exit and will share their further plan and direction as soon as we can.
Our team at Eastpoint Mall have been working tirelessly so that the mall is in immaculate shape for when we return. We’re concentrated on thoroughly cleaning, mopping, and sweeping the following areas: emergency exits, delivery hallways, vents, light fixtures, RMU’s, common area floors, windows and doors, benches, directories, staircases, charging stations, all of the food court tables and chairs, as well as vacant suites. Our maintenance team has been working diligently on updating our fire and sprinkler systems as well as keeping our landscaping looking beautiful.
