Customers can make purchases directly on a retailer's website or by phone-in order and the order will be fulfilled in-store by store personnel. The retailer will then schedule a pickup time and specify that the curbside pickup location will be outside of the main entrance with the shopper. Purchasing process may vary based on individual retailers' protocol. Product, pricing, and terms of the sale are all determined by the retailer.
Designated pickup zones (A & B) are pictured on the map below. Special signage within those designated pickup zones will inform customers that they are in the proper pickup zone. Upon arriving at the designated pickup zone, the customer should contact the merchant and share their car’s make and model information. At that time, store personnel, will enter/exit through the main entrance of the mall (Crafty Crab / Eastern Ave Entrance) and will bring merchandise directly to the shopper’s car. Store employees are encouraged to place the merchandise in the backseat or trunk of the vehicle when possible.
